AlixSandra Parness’ Inner Focus Advanced Energy Healing School is dedicated to the development of fundamental vibrational skills, and through this development reveal your natural talents.

Developmental Skills

Ascension: Higher States of Consciousness. In all classes and events you will be supported in attuning, opening, strengthening, and clarifying your energy system so that your auric field can maintain higher frequency vibrations. Direct pathways are then established into your matrix of Divine Consciousness. You will also learn the co-creative process of upliftment and healing with the Divine Masters and develop a personal relationship into the Vortex of your Higher Self and Soul.

Deliberate Creation: You Create Your Own Reality. You will learn how to use the power of Focus and Intention to deliberately create the reality you prefer. In so doing you are lifted into joy and happiness allowing your birthright of abundance and prosperity to flow with ease in your life.

Meditation is an important method to relieve resistance and allow higher frequency energies to flow freely through your chakras and energy systems. Meditation quiets the mind and brings you into a place of receiving in your heart. Meditation is a powerful Inner Focus daily practice that connects you with the Vortex of your Divine Self.

The Power of Blessing: Perhaps the most powerful tool one can ever learn is to bless everything and condemn nothing. It is through the developmental process of Blessing that one learns the “truth” behind every healing. You will come to understand that Blessing is a Vibrational Reality, a consciousness from which to live.

Inner Focus “Goodness” Process uses Divine Paradox to transmute deeply held beliefs that humankind is somehow inherently bad and sinful. By allowing Divine Paradox to show you its shadow self it then, paradoxically, must also show you its Divine Goodness. Using mudras that call upon the cellular memory of goodness and well-being within the cellular structures of the body, we are taken to the place of knowing the truth of your “Goodness” that has always been within you.

Healing Skills

Soul Therapy: The heart of our teaching. You will discover the Vortex of your Soul and how to work consciously in co-creation with your Soul. It is your Soul that holds your purpose, and actually creates what you are asking for and willingly reveals this to you. It is your Soul that holds the wisdom behind all that happens in your life and will transmit the wisdom that can release you from any challenge you might face. As an Inner Focus therapist, you will learn how to access your soul and bring into healing those life-long issues that wait for healing.

Alignment Resonance Technique (A.R.T.) allows you to identify energy patterns that manifest in the physical body and auric field, and use conscious awareness, which is a quality of the soul, to allow core issues to reveal their deep feelings and issues. By listening to the client, you explore the interaction between body, mind, emotion and spirit to discover meaning and support, and assist the client to access his/her body’s wisdom. Using the Law of Resonate Frequency allows the client to naturally resonate to a higher frequency of well-being and upliftment.

Touch Therapies

Magnetic Healing is hands-on, heart-centered healing. Through your Higher Self and Soul connection, you learn to consciously move energy so that it comes into a new pattern of health and balance; you learn to ground your energy field and come into your body.

Radiatory Healing magnetically releases energy without ever touching the body. You learn how to link your crown chakra, third eye, and heart with the intention to transmit Divine Light through your aura. Grounding is essential to learn this skill.

Sound Healing is a powerful tool for releasing stubborn energies. You will learn how to use audio frequency vibrations to break the tension of energies bound together. Through these higher frequencies, you awaken clairaudience. Sound is then used to release deeply rooted energy patterns.

Energetic Dialogue engages an energy pattern directly through body-centered psychotherapy. You learn the skill required to find an energy, and encourage it to tell you why it thinks it needs to stay where it is and what it is protecting. After the story is out, you connect the energy with Higher Consciousness and Soul, giving it a way to release and evolve.

Vision Skills

Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, & Clairaudience. These abilities are a natural part of your psyche. Learning the developmental skill of believing in yourself gives you permission to see. Clairvoyant vision uses a heart-centered approach to perceive energy patterns found in all structures. You will learn to identify the key point or pattern within those structures. You will also learn clairaudient reception and channeling skills, clairsentient and clairvoyant diagnostic skills, and etheric body identification.

The Teachers

Dr. AlixSandra Parness, DD, is the founder of AlixSandra Parness’ Inner Focus Advanced Energy Healing School. She is a dedicated healer who has spent a lifetime refining her clairvoyant, channeling and teaching abilities.

To polish her natural skills, she trained in a wide variety of modalities, from working with psychic surgeons, to studying with Jane Roberts, becoming one of Barbara Brennan’s first students, to being a senior faculty member and national coordinator for the School of Energy Mastery in Sedona, Arizona. She is also a channel for Ascended Masters and the Celestial Music of the Soul.

As an ordained minister and Doctor of Divinity, she led and founded The Inner Focus Church in Las Vegas, NV. In 1994 Dr. Parness founded then directed the Inner Focus School for Soul Directed Advanced Energy Healing as an international vehicle for attaining personal enlightenment and world peace.

Her dynamic journey led her to an even greater vision of world service. Dr. Parness is a passionate activator of higher consciousness with the ability to find, hold and lift individual and group energy and then stabilize the group on that new level. A palpable shift in consciousness becomes a new springboard for success again and again.

Her connection with the realms of divine love opens space for spontaneous healings and enlightened information that uplifts the hearts of individuals and reveals soul lessons in a gentle, firm and empowering way. Because of her ability to transmit the divine energy that flows through her, it is impossible to experience this woman without being forever touched and moved into heightened joy.

As a teacher of teachers, in her extensive workshops and healing school Dr. Parness has trained several thousand students; many who today have their own expanding networks and now touch thousands more. A dynamic and unforgettable presence, she teaches through seminars and teleconferences, and at special events held across the United States and Canada. She recently published her first book, ACTIVATE JOY, Living Your Life Beyond Limitations, available in bookstores and on Amazon.com April 22, 2012.

Laurel Mamet as Director of the new AlixSandra Parness Inner Focus Advanced Energy Healing School

It was the fall of 1992 when I first met this astounding woman. She impressed me immediately with her intensity, passion and desire to grow and expand. Laurel Mamet and I quickly became friends as our passions found common ground. Laurel was trained as a dancer, craino-sacral therapist, and massage therapist. I asked her to join my faculty as I was establishing the Inner Focus School in Madison, WI. In the following years we taught together continuing to learn more about one another. I came to appreciate all of her vast knowledge along with Chinese medicine and all the wonderful training that she embodies.

 It is always a joy to watch Laurel as she teaches the anatomy classes or draws on her Sufi background in meditations. I can truly say that when we taught together it was as a strand of the same thread.  Her dance background made morning dynamic meditation something everyone not only looked forward to but would not do without. There is no one that can take the school into the next level of integrative medicine better than Laurel. She has been at my side as friend, colleague, minister and master teacher for seventeen years. Laurel Mamet  M.Th., CAEH, MMS is a dedicated healer who has spent a lifetime working with the body to fully realize spiritual, emotional and physical well being.

Laurel is an ordained minister, Certified Advanced Energy Healer and licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Swedish Institute in NYC, Certified Cranio-Sacral and Somato-Emotional Release Therapist from the Upledger Institute and also studied with the Tri-State School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Laurel is a  graduate of  Dr. Robert T. Jaffe’s European School of Energy Mastery. It was in the School of Energy Mastery that she met AlixSandra Parness, one of the lead teachers in that school.

Laurel’s passion for movement began at an early age. She became a student of Marjorie Mazia, wife of Woody Guthrie and original company member of the Martha Graham Dance Company. Her dance studies continued for many years with other leading edge dance teachers and today she designs dance/healing events in Asheville.

The healing world opened for Laurel in 1975, after a performance where she fell and broke her foot bone. Her journey to healing was inspired by a master massage therapist who had extensive knowledge of herbs and spiritual phenomenon. She began private study with her and that was her entree into the world of alternative medicine and spiritual guidance. Oriental Medicine became Laurel’s preferred form of treatment. It was through this ancient energetic philosophy that Laurel understood the deeper spiritual foundations of healing, and so began seeking in that realm for guidance.

Pir Vilayat Khan of the Sufi Order of the West became Laurel’s spiritual mentor. She learned the value and power of the transmission of spiritual energy through extensive practices of breath, meditation and divine appreciation for the sacred. These profound teachings expanded her consciousness and brought about extraordinary qualities within her that later developed her clairvoyant and clairsentient skills.

During a healing intensive in Asheville, Laurel’s hometown for over 25 years, AlixSandra Parness recognized her expertise as a highly qualified healer and appreciated her intensity and passion to grow into a master teacher. She was invited to join AlixSandra’s newly formed Advanced Energy Healing School opening in Madison WI that year. Laurel has been teaching alongside AlixSandra for eighteen years creating some of the most radical, exhilarating and spontaneous teachings that allow for personal, physical, emotional and spiritual transformation. It has been in these years that Laurel matured as a powerful transmitter of spiritual energy. Her embodiment of the teachings allows for extreme movement into higher consciousness.

Laurel’s natural progression through her affiliation with AlixSandra Parness’ Inner Focus Advanced Energy Healing School grew from new faculty, to senior faculty, to Dean of Education. Through her intense desire to continue Inner Focus teachings, AlixSandra has appointed Laurel Director of the school. “There is no one that can take the school into the next levels of integrative medicine better than Laurel”, says AlixSandra, “She has been at my side as friend, colleague, minister and master teacher for eighteen years. The School

AlixSandra Parness’ Inner Focus Advanced Energy Healing School consists of and includes:

1) Seven sessions taught in 5-day segments approximately three to four months apart. The first three sessions are September 12-16, 2012, December 5-9, 2012, and March 20-24, 2013.

2) 35 contact hours for each session. AMBP Massage and Wholistic Nursing CEU’s will be available.

3) A 250+ page school workbook continually being  updated and improved along with a school handbook.

4) A diploma and certification as a Certified Advanced Energy Healer (CAEH) upon completion of class attendance, required practicums and exams, a case study, and fully paid tuition.
