Deconstructing a Resistant Point of Attraction

The Law Of Attraction manifests the reality you focus upon. For this exercise let us take a look at a predominate stress point in your life. It could be financial, relationship, health related, anything that occupies your mind producing a reality you would rather not have. Write it on this line:


 

As soon as you have written the issue using one or two words, allow it to become irrelevant to the reality you prefer to be living.

When you are deconstructing a vibrational thought pattern that has had the benefit of extreme focus, it is important to ease out of that vibration that is not feeling so good and into a place that makes you feel good. Setting a new point of attraction that makes you feel good creates expansion and space allowing the reality you prefer to find you. The more you practice this exercise the Law of Attraction must bring about the new point of attraction while the old one resolved itself without effort.

Begin your process with statements that make you feel at ease. Here is an example you might begin with:

“It feels so good to be alive today. I just love looking out of my window and seeing the sun rise every morning and Oh, how I love the evening when everything winds down and I can relax. I might see if there is a TV program I want to watch, or maybe I’ll call my friend I’ve been meaning to talk to for some time. It feels so good to relax and be easy with myself. I’ve had a lot of stress lately and I think I’ll just take some deep breaths and let everything go right now.

I’ve been thinking about Paris lately, I wonder why? Maybe it would be fun someday to take a trip and see the Eiffel Tower and walk through the Louvre; I remember painting once when I was younger, I always loved art. I love knowing that this world has so many fascinating places and wonders to explore. Sometimes I feel so abundant, almost like I can have anything I want anytime I want it. It feels so good to dream about things that excite me and I find so much fun in wondering what it would be like to take art classes in Paris, Hmmmm. Could it be?

I’m glad I have everything I need to be happy right now, It feels fantastic just relaxing in my easy chair, allowing my imagination to show me possibilities and Expansive ideas that with just a little focus could become a reality for me.”

1. Once you complete your statements of expansion and ease let yourself bask in the glow you have created for yourself.
2. When it feels right look at the issue, and state this… “ I’m sure glad that problem is resolving itself!” (no matter what it looks like)
3. Bring yourself back into the expanse and the glow realizing that the issue that was your point of attraction is irrelevant to your new point of attraction, ease and flow.
4. STOP telling the old story!!!! Every time you renter the old issue you reinforce that which you do not prefer.
