I’ve been reading Activate Joy and I’m staggering from the absolute clear, concise and eloquent way AlixSandra brings Joy through. The action steps and exercises hit my Yabbits and my Core with precision clarity. AND her writing style is a living example of Joy. This is such a seemingly simple but in reality a complex and deeply penetrating book. AlixSandra shines loud and clear – and bright – in this joy to read (pun intended!) She has always been a master teacher to me but it’s clear she’s a master writer too. I didn’t expect to be surprised or impressed AND elevated but I am on all accounts. Brilliantly done AlixSandra.
