COMMITMENT & FOCUS

I bless the moment of freedom that shows itself to me each time I feel the relief of my breath. It is wonderful to know without a doubt that my lungs are committed to my breath. In this moment I allow myself to feel the freedom to focus on anything I want, no matter what it is. I am completely riveted to my own thoughts of wellbeing and creative thinking.

As I look into my day I anticipate new and wonderful ideas to flow into my heart and mind. I am in an open state of allowing committed to whatever may show itself to me. 

Commitment is free from doubt. Commitment is aware and open to off the wall thoughts and ideas that may seem outside of the box at first, but given a few deep breaths, begin to attract more ideas and thoughts that help to make sense of the whole picture. I love the power of my imagination because it is the brush of color that paints pictures on the canvas of my mind. I am learning to believe in myself and my creative spirit pretty much all the time. I feel the power of creating anything I want anytime I want it and never doubting its source.

As I focus on the power of my breath, I gain strength from Mother Earth. I walk beneath her magnificent cathedrals made of multicolored sand and stone. I breathe in the commitment of life teaming within the beauty before me and hear the melodies being sung. I notice that it takes breath to sing.  I Focus beneath what seems visible and feel into the commitment of those structures and the focus it takes to remain so. I love to breathe in the shapes and designs imprinted on my own life. 

Somehow I am renewed, refreshed, revived and relaxed, committed to myself with renewed focus on my vision of my expanded self.

I AM BLESSED TO KNOW ME

As I waken in the morning I notice that there is only me within me. I am beginning to notice that me is rather important to the success of me, myself and I. The I of me is learning to see me in new and wonderful ways. As I learn the art of blessing everything in my life I am also learning the art of appreciating me. Blessing my abundance and well-being. Blessing the power to make good choices for my body and soul. Enjoying the abundance of pleasures that come my way each and every day. The more I bless those around me and allow myself to see what I really love about them, the better I feel about myself. The better I feel about myself the less I depend on those outside of me to make me happy. I bless Steve Jobs for blessing our world with the awareness of i, the great and powerful I. As I bless the genius that allowed the world to see itself and the great I within, there is a contentment and an expectation of more joy, and more joy, and more…

Take a moment to really bless all that you are and see the divine perfection within you. Realize the world around you shows you every minute of every day how you are doing with you. You are blessed and you are a blessing in your world. Now own it.

The Blessing Of A Fall Day

I think there is nothing like the joy of autumn and the feel  of the first fall day. What a blessing it is to see the first trees  turn bright red and a golden yellow. It is as if the trees are blessing us with the power of color and as if mother nature herself blessed us with the bounty of her abundance. I visited a farm stand in Ottawa last week and marveled at the stacks of orange and white pumpkins. It was fun to buy the purple beets and bright green string beans that were just picked that day.

As I lingered looking at the fields of corn I imagined that in the spring there was a vision of what was to come. Then a blessing of the acres and acres of rich soil, abundant sunshine with just the right amount of rain. All of a sudden that field became mine and I thought… I just loved looking at my field of possibilities and then feeling the blessing consciousness creating a powerful field of dreams that I know one day will be succulent delicious, and joy filled experiences that will fulfill my every desire.

I stand here as creator understanding my part in this fantastic and wonderful world I am a part of.

My blessings and my joy color my world and bring richness to everyone I meet.
